Recipes and tips

I get asked all the time, like what's the best way to cook a chicken breast, or how do I make pie crust?  So I thought that I might try posting a recipe or a tip once a week to start answering some of those questions. So my question to you all is, what do you want me to post about first?  Are there any recipes, tips, or tricks you need help with?  Or just any subject you'd like me to write about?  Just let me know in the comments below! Easter weekend

This past Easter was a really special one in my family.  My youngest nephew, the baby of the family, received his First Communion and Confirmation.  It was an amazing time and it went by way too fast. His parents are my husband's brother and his wife.  They are very special to my family and I.  My sister-in-law's family, her sister, brothers, and parents are very special to us too.  I am very blessed.  Some people are lucky enough to have in-laws that they are close to, but I get 2 sets for the price of 1.  Sometimes my sis- in- law jokes that I was a member of her family before I was even a member of my hubby's...  There are not enough words for how much I love them.... Getting to be a part of our nephew's special day, and spending Easter with them, was so amazing and special.  I loved getting to do his cake and some cookies for him, and I also got the opportunity to make some cookies for his CCD teachers.  I think that making religious cookies and cakes is
